Want It Wednesday: Updated Designer Handbag Wishlist

Can you believe it's been a year since my last post about handbags and how much has changed in my life since then. But as you will see from this post, my preference for purses seem to revolve around the same key designers and styles.

1. Chanel Boy

2. Alexander Wang Rockie

3. Celine Luggage Nano

4. Givenchy Lucrezia

5. Givenchy Antigona
Sheer Casual-8

6. Phillip Lim Mini Pashli

7. Mansur Gavriel Mini

8. Valentino Rockstud Mini Lock
Casual Red-4

Trying to decide on which buy to acquire (or at least start to save up for) is one big internal struggle. Why can't I just have them all already...

Holiday Gift Guide: Fashion Accessories

Welcome to my holiday gift guide, accessories edition! This will be your handbook on everything from jewelry to bags to small fashion goodies. Similarly, I will only be including items within a $200 budget so you will be able to get all your friends and family something special within draining your bank account.

Comestic Bags, $8-$65

A suggestion I have would be pop the beauty gifts into a cute makeup bag so this way your gift is a complete set. Forever 21 has some really affordable cosmetic pouches with really fun designs.

Lounge Wear, $12-$48 at Victoria's Secret
The Dreamer Henley PajamaSock SetBling Bootie

This is a little more reserved for close friends and family but it's definitely considered items that people tend to overlook when shopping for themselves. Personally, I can say that I absolutely hate spending money on PJ's and socks.

Scarves , $30-$50 from Zara

Although not every girl wears scarfs, no one will complain if they receive it as a gift. They're super comfy and warm and comes in so many different textures and colours.

Tech Accessories, $45-$110

alice + olivia Bow Jeweled iPhone 5 / 5S Case
Many times you may find it unreasonably difficult to shop for someone because they seem to have everything they will ever need already, this includes every new electronic gadget in the market. But a lot of people don't think of accessorizing their electronics so phone, tablet and laptop cases are a very practical present.

Tiffany's Jewelry, $140-$195

Trust me when I say there's not a single girl in the world who would not be doing cartwheels, at least mentally, if they see a little blue box under the tree.  The return toTiffany and sterling silver line has a more affordable selection of jewelry that make beautiful gifts. To be honest, it was extremely difficult to even pick out my favourite pieces to show you guys, I just want them all!

Small Leather Goods, $95-$170 at Tory Burch

Handbags and wallets are something I urge you not to buy for someone unless you know which specific brand, design or style that they want. However, you can't really go wrong with a coin purse or card holder. I love the selection of SLG's by Tory Burch because they look simple and classy. Also, the leather is comparable to some higher end designers such as Prada but does not put a strain your bank account.

Since Christmas is quickly approaching, I wanted to let you know about some deals and online shopping deadlines so it arrives in time for Christmas eve.

Nastygal: Additional 50% on sale items - Order by tomorrow for standard shipping
Urban Outfitters: Additional 50% on sale items - Order by tomorrow for free shipping over $50
Zara: Order by December 17th
Aritzia: Order by December 15th to get free shipping over $150 or get $11 overnight shipping
Shopbop: Order by December 18th for free express delivery

Now, I know Christmas gift shopping can get a little stressful but if you have a better idea of what to get the people on your list, it can actually be very fun and exciting.

Want It Wednesday: Accessories

Some people go to work because they have a family to take care of, a point to prove, to help others or for self accomplishment. I go to work because at the end of the day, I feel justified wanting the things I want and the buying the things I want. I know how materialistic that sounds but it's still motivation and at least I'm not sitting at home wasting my life away. Being the most indecisive person in the world, my wishlist changes way too frequently which is why I'm usually reluctant to buy something expensive unless its been idling on my list for a significant amount of time.

Givenchy Antigona (buy here)
Usually, I would not consider handbags merely an accessory because they're an entire personality on its own. But for the sake of this post, I had to mention this beauty as it is one of my most coveted bags of the season.

Chunky Knit Scarfs (buy at Zara)

Wearing a scarf is always associated with this warm fuzzy feeling that builds inside me. My favourite type of scarves are the huge knit ones; the chunkier, the better. I feel like they add interest to an attire and pulls the look together.
Wilfred Carmen Beanie
If you've seen my last post, you might know that I have developed an indefinite love for the "salt and pepper" colour scheme. For me, beanies are only to be worn in the fall/winter. I will never understand why some people wear them in the summer... Nevertheless, they are a cute accessory to casualize an outfit by giving it a cool laid-back look.

Dogeared 'Words to Live By - Karma' Pendant Necklace

I'm a firm believer of karma, which may or may not be the only "force" I truly believe in but that's not the sole reason why I love this necklace. I think the collarbones are the most beautiful part of the a woman's body and a dainty chain necklace only enhances that beauty.
Tiffany's Atlas Hinged Bangle
The new Atlas collection at Tiffany's has such breathtaking and classic selections. Not much to say about the jewelry as they speak for themselves.

So I have yet to decide if I want to do Want It Wednesdays in categories or just random items that I want at the time. If I had time, I would love to share all the things on my wishlist and hope to eventually relieve some of that longing.
